Three Pines Vacation Rental Property

This North Tahoe vacation rental has been extensively remodeled including new hardwood flooring, both bathrooms, new furniture appointments and the entire kitchen complete with stainless appliances and granite counter tops.  The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, detached 2 car garage, and a large wrap around deck with a hot tub.

The property is new to our rental program so it has been discounted the entire month of March over 20% (from $300 to $250 a night). Guests will also have the ability to purchase discount lift tickets to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley (Save over $15 a ticket).

March Property of the Month

The Property of the Month for March is the Yankton Tahoe Vista Vacation Rental Cabin. The property offers wonderful seclusion since it is located on a private road and sits on a spacious parcel. The rental cabin features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a remodeled kitchen, new couches and carpet, wood burning fireplace, large deck for outdoor entertaining, and a loft area with TV & DVD for extra living space. Guests can walk to the North Tahoe Regional Park .

Guests can save $50 off the already low season nightly rate, $175 versus $225 the whole month of March. Guests will see the discount when they put their arrival and departure dates into Yankton Vacation Rental webpage and click "Book Now."

Guests also have the opportunity to purchase discount lift tickets to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley. Save $11 to $19 on adult tickets.

Ski Free on Arrival Date at Squaw Valley

Skiers and snowboarders coming off the airplane can ski or ride the afternoon and evening for free at Squaw Valley! Guests can present a same-day commercial airline boarding pass with a matching photo ID at Squaw Valley’s Season Passes & Tickets office and receive a complimentary lift ticket good for the rest of the afternoon as well as night skiing, when night operations are in effect.

These complimentary afternoon lift tickets are valid from 1pm until 9pm on Fridays & Saturdays or from 1pm until 7pm mid-week while night operations are in effect. This new program means that guests from across the nation can have breakfast in the airport of their origination city and enjoy lunch, or even dinner on the slopes of Squaw Valley.

To be eligible for a complimentary afternoon ticket, guests must present a proof of same-day air travel at Squaw Valley’s Season Pass Office or the Special Tickets Office. One ticket per proof of travel. Proof of travel is defined as a boarding pass, printed itinerary or baggage claim check. Document of proof must contain the day’s travel date, flight number and traveler’s full name. Matching photo ID must be presented.

This deal is valid until the end of the 2011-12 winter season and there are no blackout dates. While The Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is the closest commercial air service to Squaw Valley, any commercial airport qualifies for the deal. Lift ticket only valid on same day as airline travel, weather and conditions permitting.

With the highest snowfall recorded since 1958 (662 inches) on Lake Tahoe's peaks, this years spring skiing is going to be the best on record. We have discounted all of our winter vacation rentals, and our dog friendly rentals, up to 40% off their normal rates for the month of April and we will continue to sell discount lift tickets to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows and Diamond Peak (Save up to $15 per ticket).

In celebration of our new office opening in April, Agate Bay Realty is offering steep discounts during the month of April. Consider enjoying great spring skiing at Northstar, Alpine Meadows, or Diamond Peak or having a family Easter in the mountains. Most of the houses have been discounted between 25% and 40% off. Guests can view the discounted rates by putting in their April arrival and departure dates into view available spring vacation rentals.

Our new office location new office will be located at 4991 North Lake Blvd directly across from Gar Woods restaurant in Carnelian Bay. Approximate day of opening of the new office will be Thursday, April 21st.

Amgen Tour of California

The largest cycling event in America, the 2011 Amgen Tour of California is a Tour de France-style cycling road race and Lake Tahoe is hosting the first and second stages over May 15th and 16th. Presented by AEG, that challenges the world’s top professional cycling teams to compete along a demanding course.

The first and second stages of the tour this year will be on May 15 and 16. The first stage will start in south Lake Tahoe, do one and a half loops around the lake, and finish at Northstar-at-Tahoe. The next day, the second stage, will start at Squaw Valley and finish in Auburn.

January Vacation Rental Savings
