The Balla vacation rental with hot tub has been discounted $50 off the low season nightly rate so guests can stay in the home during the month of April for $200 versus $250.
The mountain styled three bedrooms/two baths and a loft and can accommodate up to 8 people. The rental home has recently been remodeled including the kitchen, bathrooms, decks, cedar siding, and more. It has two new redwood decks including one with a new hot tub and one with nice patio furniture (summer). The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open to one another with vaulted ceilings and rock fireplace for a spacious feeling. The loft area provides some additional space as a separate living area.
In the winter, the home is centrally located to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Diamond Peak and Squaw Valley. Our office also sells discount lift tickets for all of these ski areas.
